Job Opportunity: Sign Language Interpreter

Location: Brentwood, Tennessee (right outside of Nashville) area

Soliant Education is currently seeking passionate and qualified Sign Language Interpreters to join our team in the Brentwood, Tennessee area. We have multiple vacancies available across various educational levels, including elementary, middle, and high schools.

Job Description:

• Interpreting positions available at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Majority of positions follow a 1:1 structure
• One position available with a 1:2 structure in an elementary setting
• Elementary school hours: 8:30am-4pm CST
• Middle/high school hours: 7:30am-3:00pm CST
• Full-time positions preferred, but part-time applicants will also be considered

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Certification as a Sign Language Interpreter preferred
• Experience working in educational settings is a plus
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different educational environments and student needs
